Due to the customized nature of website development services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Completed or partially completed work

• Client delays

• Client failure to provide required materials

3. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

• Work has not started

• Payment was made in error

• We are unable to deliver agreed services

Requests must be submitted within 5 days of payment.
